TAIPEI, TAIWAN – February 2, 2012 - 4ipnet, Inc., a leading wireless networking device provider for manageable, reliable, and secure wireless access, announced the new release of WHG405, Gigabit Secure WLAN Controller. The controller provides cloud base management over 200 4ipnet 802.11n Access Points with deployment flexibility by supporting both local and remote networks simultaneously in the Internet Cloud. This feature allows IT manager to control, configure, and upgrade all manageable 4ipnet Wireless Access Points deployed in different locations.

The WHG405 can be used to set up Site-to-Site VPN, GRE Tunneling within multiple networks. A remote WLAN can be managed to fill mobile smart devices’ excessive need to access the cloud several times a day.  In addition, WHG405 allows on-demand account roaming so an on-demand account can be used in other linked location without the need to register again.

The WHG405 also features Encrypted Gigabit throughput capability. This allows enterprise to securely and efficiently deliver high-speed wireless transmission, multimedia applications, and user roaming capability.

The 4ipnet WHG405 is a cost effective solution for enterprises looking to converge their wired and wireless networks into a single infrastructure.
