I. Case Overview 

Dan Hotels is the finest hotel chain in Israel for decades and has 14 hotels with a total capacity of nearly 4000 rooms throughout the country. Most of its hotels are rated first class hotel by the Ministry of Tourism. To provide on-demand wireless network service, Dan Hotels has deployed one set of HSG3200+NetTicket Generator (SDS200W+PRT100) and in all the 14 hotels.

NetTicket Generator (SDS200W+PRT100)– the set consists of SDS200W Wireless Device Server and PRT100 POS Printer. The instant account generator creates Wi-Fi accounts for free or for a fee. SDS200W can connect with any of the 4ipnet controller through Wi-Fi.

4ipnet’s HSG3200 is equipped with “on-demand” account generation and flexible billing capabilities; a visitor or event attendee may purchase Internet service at the front counter or any service desk in the hotel property.

There are 10 pre-configured customizable billing plans—under time, volume based accounting policies. Account users can also choose to pay by credit card or via payment portals, such as Paypayl, WorldPay, and such.
